These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the VR Wellness platform ("Platform") and the online therapy services we provide (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions described in these Terms. If you do not agree to all these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use the Platform or Services.

• Terms and Conditions

  • Your Age: You must be over the age of eighteen (18) or have the legal ability to consent to the Services or have your Parent/Guardian consent to the Services.
  • Eligibility: The Services are intended for residents of India, United Kingdom
  • Emergency Contact Information: You agree to provide accurate emergency contact information for a close family member/relation for your Provider (defined below) to be used in case of a mental health crisis or other emergency.
• Acceptable Use

  You agree to not use the Platform or Services in any unlawful way or for any unlawful or illegitimate purpose. Here are some things you agree not to do:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Post, use, store or transmit any information that is harmful, harassing, or threatening.
  • Disrupt the operation of the Platform or Services.
  • Gain unauthorised access to any user accounts or computer systems.
  • Use the Platform or Services for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Content

  All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and graphics, is the property of VR Wellness or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

• Caregivers and Limitations of Liability
  • Not a Substitute for Medical Care: VR Wellness services are not a substitute for traditional face-to-face medical or psychiatric care. You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or learned on the Platform.
  • Limitations of Liability: VR Wellness's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action will be limited to the amount you paid for Services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.
• Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and username.

• Termination

  VR Wellness has the right to terminate your access to the Platform or Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

• Governing Law

  These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

• Dispute Resolution

  Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by Arbitration or Court System in India.

• Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VR Wellness, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

• Entire Agreement

  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VR Wellness regarding your use of the Platform and Services.

• Changes to These Terms

  VR Wellness may revise these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

VR Wellness Payment and Cancellation Policy

Therapy Session Fee and Payment Policy

• Payment in Advance: All VR Wellness therapy sessions require pre-payment before the session begins.
• Session Confirmation: Your session will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Session Bundles: VR Wellness offers session bundles at discounted rates. Each bundle has a specific validity period.

Special Offers

• Promotional Offers: VR Wellness may offer limited-time discounts and promotions.
• Promo Codes: Discounts can be applied using promo codes.

Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

• Refund Policy: VR Wellness reserves the right to offer full, partial, or no refunds based on applicable laws and specific circumstances.
• Cancellation and Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Single Session Policies

• Cancellation within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur additional fees or require booking a new session.

Session Bundle Policies

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for session bundles are typically not available.
• Unused Sessions: Any unused sessions within a bundle may not be refunded.
• Session Cancellation: Cancelling individual sessions within a bundle may impact the overall bundle price.

Therapist Cancellation

• Reschedule: If a therapist cancels a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

Technical Issues

• Session Interruptions: In case of technical difficulties preventing session completion, you may request to reschedule a makeup session.
